The tea is individually packed in a tea bag. You just need to put a tea bag into a cup of hot water, very simple. I sometimes add milk or soy milk or almond milk in it to make it creamier. You could also add a pinch of sugar or honey to make it sweet.I’d also like to mention about the origin of the beans question, as I see that come up a lot on Amazon. It’s really hard to avoid everything grown in China, but there are really a lot of healthy and nutritious herbs and food items grown in China. We shouldn’t avoid them all because of a few of news stories.The key is to learn how to dustinguish the good from the bad. Take this tea as an example, the origin of the black soy beans is China. Any food sold in Japan has to meet the strict food and health requirements to be able to sell in Japan. Therefore, if this is approved to be sold in Japan, it’s good for us in United Statss, too.
