I decided to go with this VESA adapter mount instead of a universal one for my HP Pavilion 23xw, and I definitely made the right choice. Installation to the monitor and securing it to the mounting arm on my desk took about 15 minutes and was relatively easy to do. I have this monitor positioned vertically and the mount keeps it nice and secure. It didn't come with spacers, thankfully I had some from the mounting arm.
