A few years ago, I started getting dry eye like crazy, and my contacts would irritate my eyes constantly. Like to the point it was distracting me from my job. My tips to keeping eyes wet and juicy with these drops: a couple of drops directly onto eyes BEFORE I put in contacts. Cleanse contacts with saline solution. Put a couple of drops onto contacts, and then insert into eyes.
