It is thicker and creamier and not as sticky as the Eczema Honey. It’s still a little tacky, but not in the same way. I just tried Excema Honey to see if it was similar to YORO. The Eczema Honey is so sticky I can’t stand how it feels on my fingers and have to wash my hands afterwards. My daughter doesn’t seem to mind it, but I can barely pull her pants up when I put the Eczema Honey on her legs. I can’t tell if it’s doing much yet. She still seems pretty itchy. I will definitely be going back to YORO. It was the only thing that helped my daughter’s eczema. **Q: is this sticky?** A: No **Q: Is there a fragrance?** A: Very little to no fragrance. That's what I love about it! If I were to give it any comparable smell, I'd say it smells like paper, lol! Just very plain. But It's the BEST cream I have found for my daughter's eczema. With no scent and no sticky feel she actually doesn't complain when I apply it. And I can put her clothes on pretty much right after application without the cream coming off onto her clothes. Very much worth the price for me! I'm a repeat customer. **Q: How well does it work on dark patch scars?** A: I purchased this Manuka Honey for my daughter as she suffers from Rosacea on her face. It really helps keeping the redness away, as for dark patches, I can not comment. I am so sorry, but I would keep at it as this product is great, I wouldn't be surprised that this helped dark spots!! I'm so happy with this purchase. *by S***A on 13 September 2018* I am a mom of a 2 year-old who has had eczema since birth. As of late it is a mad challenge to find ANYTHING that will reduce the red, dry patches and eliminate the constant itching!!! She scratches so much she ends up bleeding resulting in scabs and more itching. The only relief has been a regimen of a bleach bath followed by Lush's Dream Cream. It worked somewhat to moisturize without causing more redness or outbreaks but the itching is constant. I have spent $100's trying to find a solution other than the doctor-prescribed steroid oil. This cream has FINALLY provided a relief to the itching. I am only 3 days in, but my daughter and I have finally been able to get 3 full night's sleep without being interrupted by scratching. I cannot even believe it and am still slightly skeptical. I will add an update in about a month but so far, this has been a miracle for us. NOTHING else has provided a relief to the itching...not hydrocortizone, steroid oil, oatmeal baths, NOTHING! Good luck on your journey to find a solution but I recommend you give this a try. The jar is smaller than I expected but I'll be buying more. There is virtually no scent which is fine with me. The Dream Cream smells like eucalyptus which isn't that pleasant as a cream. This goes on silky smooth. It is not sticky and I can put her clothes on right after application. Thank you so much for this cream!!! Update: it's been months since my original review and I have to report his amazing cream is part of our bath regimen. It's worked miracles for my daughter's skin. I'm happy to say she is eczema-free. It smells a little like sawdust or cardboard??? IDK, But regardless, overall, I'm very happy to have a solution for the eczema so I can live with the scent.
