These are really sturdy and easy to use, and I had no qualms about it holding me or my pup, like at all. We hammocked successfully for a few hours in the park and even fell asleep in it. They are also really long, I feel like I could have picked a couple trees that were MUCH further apart, so that is great, even though we do have our spot at the park, when going camping or to some other park, there is that option which is nice. Because trees aren't always close together.
