( ligher roasted) ..thank you!** A: If you want a lighter roast I would highly recommend the El Salvador Bosque LYA, absolutely outstanding coffee. The best way I can describe the flavour/ strength is “subtle”. I’ve adjusted (machine) grind size to get extraction just right and regardless of settings the finished drink is a weak coffee compared with any other brand I’ve used. It will suit others no doubt but this one is just not for me.
