The smell is mild and enjoyable. I love the tingling feeling I get on my scalp when I apply it. I have put it on both on wet hair and dry hair. On wet hair it doesn’t look greasy at all when the hair is blow dried or air dried. On dry hair if you apply it, it does look a bit greasy, but that is expected.
