I shut my truck off then started it back up and never worked just turns the led light on.** A: I don't know if I can tell you exactly what's wrong. My experience, I've turned my car and jeep off plenty of times without long pressing the power sign to turn it off, and it's come right back on once I started it back up. The only thing I can think of Is to check your fuses and make sure it's giving enough power. Other than that you might have to get another one. Sorry **Q: The top part of inner sponge wick is still dry after I add water and start it 10 minutes, you asked me to put it upside down for solving this problem?** A: Hello, this humidifier diffuser have bigger 200mL tank so it have a very long sponge wick filter, when it first time using, the sponge wick should absorb full water then transfer water to the top machine. Add 3/4 water then put it upside down in several seconds can let it adsorb water faster then diffuser start working faster, thanks. Yes i soaked the wick.** A: If you replaced the wick..there is a small spring inside the chamber. If you don't have that spring in there it won't work. You can use a spring from a mechanical pencil or a pen if you need a spring and can't find yours. I was having the same issue. **Q: It looks nice. Is a need to change the water-absorbing filter? or and can it use permanently?** A: I purchased this last year and use it once in awhile but haven't changed the filter. I think it'll be necessary to change the filter eventually, but they do give you an extra filter to replace it. As you will read in the reviews, alot of people will say that after powering on, for 3 seconds, it will spray and turns off. This is True because the same thing happened to me lol. However I found the solution to my problem after reading through the comments section. This mode where it sprays for 3 seconds & powers off is called intermittent mode and VERY TRICKY to get product out of this mode. The trick is when you first plug in the USB cord to the machine, when you hear the beep. Press the Power button three times rapidly & this should make the product work as described. Only issue I have is that I developed a small hairline crack out of no-where but product still works fine. I use with essential oils & water to keep my car & room smelling fresh.
