You get 1 wood mold set with the bolts, a ball of play dough, and 5 pieces of wire for the eyelets. All you need is the lead. The molds is 18 inches in length with 5 molds. I will also add a 1 pound ingot of lead These molds can make molds from 1 oz - 6 oz. it just depends on how much lead you pour in. Instructions: - unscrew the mold - Place the wire is the gap with the eyelets in the mold as shown in the picture. - Line around the edges of the mold with a small amount of play dough or clay. This acts as a gasket to help keep the hot lead from leaking. Play dough is cheap and readily available. I found that even the high quality metal molds sometime leak, but may not have enough room to use this type of gasket. - Tighten the bolts with a wrench. Bend the wires so the mold can sit flat with the large holes facing up. - The next steps should be done in an open area or outside. - Melt the lead and pour the desired amount in each mold and allow to cool. The lead may bubble and the wood will smoke. If you plan on making multiple molds, cool the mold under running water. Remove the sinkers, and dry the mold and prepare to make more molds. Twist the top of the wire as the pictures shows and the sinker is done. You can use Copper or Brass wires for the eyelets. I used copper but found a wire clothes hanger worked just fine. The sinkers are not perfect like store bought, but they work. If the sinkers are too big, remelt them and try again. Your old sinkers can be melted and used.
