I had high expectations from this product as I wanted to maintain the temperature of my beverages for long hours, but it has failed to meet my expectations. Within a month of usage, the thermos stopped working properly. While initially, it was able to maintain the hotness of the water for a few hours, for the last four weeks, it has been working like a normal water bottle and does not maintain the temperature for hardly a hour. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product, and I believe that it does not meet the standard. I urge you to look into this matter and provide me with a satisfactory resolution.
