Super soft and stretchy. I did wash them in hot water and dried on low heat, so that may be a factor. The sheets are soft as advertised and seem breathable. The stitching is coming undone on most corners so I will likely need to repair them soon. For reference, these get washes 1-2x per week and dried as well.
