I frequently have problems sleeping and get out of rhythm which then leaves me tired all of the time. I found this very easy to use. It is easy to install the strap to your car visor. It is easy to charge. It has automatic shutoff. It worked pretty well for me. First, I really like the auto shut off feature. I have trouble keeping track of time so the fact that it turns off at the end of the session works great for me. I found it easy to adjust so that it was at the right distance for me. It was also easy to adjust so that the lights hit my eyes at the correct angle. After the first day I could could already start to tell a difference in my energy level. After a week, my sleep pattern started getting back on a regular pattern. I had thought the light would be brighter but in the end it appears that it works at that level. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

The 15-20 minute drive to work in the cold, gloomy mornings is the perfect amount of time for this light to take effect on my mood. I'm thinking I'll get my mom one also, I know this will give her a pick me up on her morning commute also. Pretty cool product, I'm happy I stumbled across this.

I bought this device to help with energy levels and sleep patterns. I frequently have problems sleeping and get out of rhythm which then leaves me tired all of the time.
