The circle under the cockatiel picture looks like it has a red circle around it. The large is for African grey and similar-sized birds. I have used the large for sun conures, but they waste too much of it, whereas suns and smaller (e.g., green cheek) conures do well on the medium. If I had smaller yet parrots, (e.g., budgies), I'd use the small size (which is also carried). I might even use the small size for cockatiels, as I'd bet they waste a lot of the medium.
