Outstanding customer service deserves 5 star and batteries are working great now that I understand. Kinda disappointed in how long charge last. I bought a bunch of various sizes based on an extensive youtube review. They sure seem to poop out pretty quickly compared to non renewable major brands. Tried 2 more same thing. I guess these were not such a good deal. Used a different brand and now they stay on for hours. Update on this issue the seller stands behind their product and sent replacements.
