También se derrite constantemente a ~35 °C, lo que puede ser importante cuando lo mezclas con otros ingredientes para hacer una crema corporal u otra pasta. El bloque de 5 lb pesaba 4 lb 12,7 oz, que es solo un 3 % inferior al peso correcto a diferencia del cartón de 2 lb de la empresa, que estaba un 20 % por debajo del peso correcto.
