Both times they told me I don't know how to use it. This product had no cover on it and was literally hard as a rock. I couldn't even scratch it with a screwdriver. They told me to watch a video on it to learn how to use it. The compound in the video was soft enough to use a Dremel with a soft tip. The one I received was not! I would NOT recommend this product, from this seller anyway, to anyone. You will be very disappointed as I was. As far as contacting the seller...........let's just say, they could care less! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used it to Polish my clear quartz crystal skull *by F***E on January 26, 2020* I used a wax warmer to warm the buffing compound on a cloth and then applied it on the quartz crystal skull and then used my dremel and buffing wheel to buff. I am very pleased with the results. Before my crystal skull looked cloudy and i could not see the patterns inside but now after buffing it shines beautifully and i can see the quartz inclusions inside. But what i don't know is if the polish withstands a water wash of the skull.
