It's just one small meal with questionable taste and coffee, gum, powder based juice - all tasted like something you'd buy at the cheapest 99 cent store. No complaints about shipping. The best thing about this MRE is the military brown plastic spoon, it's very sturdy, far superior to any plastic spoon I've ever used. It's so strong that you can dig with it and it won't break. The heating pouch works well, too.
