A: I personally have found that sposie are a little better. I have a very heavy wetter, and out of the many different boosters I have tried Sposie has been the best.

A: Yes they can be added to cloth diapers.

**Q: Are these flow through? Like the pee will go through these to the diaper?**
A: No, not in my experience. When using these at night, in the morning the diaper is still dry and all the pee gets caught by the pad.
