Can’t be sure without seeing the fingering chart. However, it does appear to be a copy of the ABS Xaphoon, and that instrument is made key of C. That said, the range is likely to be from middle C to C, two full octaves above. Getting the upper register on these instruments (any maker) takes some amount of practice. If you need the upper register, there’s a good Xaphoon video on this and the technique applies to all these Mini Sax instruments. **Q: Does it use the same fingerings as saxophone?** A: Similar but not exactly. After a month of use here are concert pentatonic scales I use: BbM, Bbm, CM, Cm, Dm, EM, Em, FM, Fm, Gm. **Q: what is the technique to get a sound out of my mini sax** A: Soak the reed for about 15 minutes.
