This product has been very helpful in keeping my patients organized for their hospital stay. It’s small enough to fit in my pocket & because I write small I have more than enough space for all of my information. The fact that there are 4 days per patient is very helpful as I have to round daily. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the perforated sheets too easily rip out. Once I figured this out I learned not to turn the pages too aggressively as to keep the pages intact.
