My hair is white and sometimes I would like it to be a little more blonde and it does that for me. In theory it's easy to apply. But I have to warn you that on certain items this will stain and it might not ever come out. I was surprised it did that since it's just a temporary rinse. Porcelain sinks don't seem to be a problem but other plastic, or different material are a problem. So be careful where and how you apply this to your hair. If you have a refinished tub don't get it near it. It will stain it. Don't spray it on ( that was my first brilliant idea) because it's amazing where the spray goes without you realizing it.
