## Description

The 50-99 Tensilkut Master Template is used for preparing tensile test specimens for tension testing of rubber and rubber products at various temperatures in accordance with ASTM D412 Die D. This specimen has a gauge section of .125" X 1.30". This template presents a good alternative to punching out the ASTM D412 specimens with a die, as use of the proper Tensilbit will enable you to achieve a good surface finish without pulling or tearing of the sample's edges. We will contact you for the model number of your Tensilkut I or Tensilkut II when you order. The 50-96 will be shipped for use with the 10-13 Tensilkut I, the 50-97 will be shipped for use with the 10-23, 10-28 or 10-48 Tensilkut I or the 10-82 Tensilkut II. The 50-98 will be shipped for use with the 10-33, 10-38 or 10-58 Tensilkut I and the 10-85 Tensilkut II, and the 50-99 will be shipped for use with the 10-68 or 10-78 Tensilkut I or the 10-88 Tensilkut II. All Tensilkut machines, master templates, Tensilbits and accessories are proudly made in the USA of the highest quality materials.
