Getting the right size was a little tricky but the seller has an excellent return policy. I was wearing 2XL shirts at the time so I ordered the same size product. I was able to squeeze into it but it was very tight and difficult to breathe. I returned it and ordered a 4XL believing it would be too large but it actually fit comfortably. Somewhere between 25 and 30 days of use, I had to order a size 3XL for the same comfort level. It’s close to 3 months in total now but I’m ready for a 2XL product.
