After her wound was on the mend, she decided she would like to own one, since her knees are really bad. She only rides it in the house, but it's great. The small turning radius works well for inside the house. She hasn't used it outside, but seems like it would work there too. The seat is comfortable and is adjustable for height and can be turned to different positions. We took the off the arm rests and the free baskets so she could more easily fit through some places, although if it is used outside, I'm sure they would come in very handy. It has a variety of speeds, plenty of foot space, and a headlight. We would highly recommend this Buzzaround XL 3 wheel scooter. ### ⭐⭐ Numerous Problems *by R***T on February 14, 2022* This is my second Buzzaround XL. The first one lasted 5 years and I thought it was great, so I bought another.Problems:1. I got the more comfortable larger seat, which is 3 inches wider than the previous larger seat, making it very difficult to drive through standard sized doors without banging into the sides, something my wife is not thrilled about.2. It was easy to pull up the seat on the first one; this requires two people and is difficult.3. After 5 months the scooter would not charge, which turned out to be a failed charging plug and also the charger. The replacement parts did not solve the problem, but was able to use the port near the battery on the old charger.4. Then the scooter began stopping without warning, 3 to 24 times a day, which turned out to be a problem with the throttle control or potentiometer. It’s still under warrantee and they ordered replacement parts, but Golden lost the order and it has now been three weeks with repeated order dates missed.5. For the previous scooter a controller board was ordered, which was smashed and it took a month to get that replaced.
