I've had sensitivity problems with the fabric and/or dye of most brands. This one is also very soft, and stays dry against your skin. If I could change anything, I'd wish that they were a little longer.UPDATE: The last case of these I ordered in October of 2017 revealed a fabric change on this formerly fabulous product. The fabric against your skin is now a rougher gauze, somewhat like inexpensive loose gauze bandage in texture. I'm hoping the next case I order will show that the company has gone back to the smoother surface that made this product superior to any other I've tried. I tried to contact the company using the contact info on the box. I got no answer.SECOND UPDATE: Just got another case in February 2018. They are back up to par. The last case must have been defective (only time it's happened), but this one is full of the soft pads ordered in the past. These are very soft/comfortable/non-irritating, and as always, hold a a great deal of liquid without feeling wet. I don't, for the life of me, know why they aren't readily findable in any drugstore or big box store. Elyte are all cotton. Read your pantiliner box carefully if you use other brands, and they will say "cotton-like" or something similar. That means they are not 100% cotton. Chronic irritation can lead to urinary tract infections, so Elyte pantiliners are essential for women who are experiencing irritation from their pantiliners. One thing: they do not stick to panties as well as other pantiliners - not a serious problem, just a comparison. The manufacturer would do a great service if they would improve this issue.UPDATE: Still very satisfied with Elyte pantiliners - good job, Elyte!UPDATE: Still happy with Elyte!
