The Kovida Yoga/Workout mat is constructed of high density foam 1/4" thick to provide ample cushion and support during your exercise routine, protecting your spine, hips, knees and elbows from the hard floor. Since sweat is a guarantee during any workout, in addition to the moisture resistant nature of the foam we use, our mat features silver nanoparticles worked into the surface of the mat to provide antimicrobial protection against the growth of bacteria that can cause foul odors, degrade the mat, or cause other health issues. As a further precaution, the mat should be regularly cleaned with soap and water and allowed to dry fully before being stored. For your convenience, a mat strap is included to ensure the lightweight mat can travel with you wherever you may need. The Kovida® Silver Ion Antibacterial Yoga/Workout Mat was created with one goal in mind - provide an amazing all-purpose mat that stays clean. It's tiresome to constantly use harmful cleaning products to eliminate odor and bacteria.
