A: The literature on Amazon says that YES it is compatible with the oxygo. IF you click on the picture of the bag (in Amazon) you will find more pictures. One of these states that this bag is designed for the Inogen 3 and The OxyGo.

A: Yes. “ CANNULA & BATTERY PORT – The backpack is integrated with a charging port and cannula port for easily charging your unit (units not included) while in the backpack. The zippered bottom of the bag makes changing your standard or extended battery a breeze.”
