Hypoallergenic Gluten Free Osteo-K contains 45 mg of MK4, a form of vitamin K2, plus 1000 mg calcium (citrate) and 2000 units vitamin D3. In contrast to MK7, which has never been shown to decrease fractures, MK4 is so effective that it has been approved by the Ministry of Health in Japan since 1995
