Review: The best yuzu pepper sauce I've had so far. - I have tried other yuzu pepper sauces, and while they are good... the "Yuzu-it" stuff is "the bomb." Super flavorful: tangy with just a little bite. At US$3.40 an ounce, it isn't cheap, though. At one point I found a restaurant size version which made it more economical for me to put on everything. Can't find anymore so this stuff is fore special occasions...
Review: Excellent with Salmon!! - I first tasted this in Disney world in Epcot at the Japanese steak house. I ordered the grilled salmon and this came with it on the side. I loved it so much that I asked the chef to show me the product.He brought out the bottle from the kitchen. Not an easy sauce to find so I reorder constantly from desertcart. It's not overly hot, more citrus and tangy. I put it on everything, eggs, chicken, meat!!!

I have tried other yuzu pepper sauces, and while they are good... the "Yuzu-it" stuff is "the bomb." Super flavorful: tangy with just a little bite. At US$3.40 an ounce, it isn't cheap, though.
