Review: Excellent Quality Headphones with Brilliant Colors! - Where do I begin. First of all these are an amazing quality. I'm an adult with a small head. I believe these are tailored for children so it worked perfectly for what I needed. They were incredibly soft and comfortable. Also I love the fact that they had brilliant color choices because black gets so boring and if you have to wear something like this, make it stylish! This company just gets it I think in terms of that observation and from what I've seen of their customer service . They really do care about their customers. I ordered the green which is my favorite color and absolutely loved it. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures that you see so there's no filters used. I have to state that because I've ordered a lot of things recently where I can tell what I received was not what I thought I was buying. The sound quality was excellent, along with the volume controls and while I was listening to my audiobooks I heard absolutely nothing. They don't cancel out noise completely which is actually why I bought these. Since the quarantine started for us in March, my husband has had to work from home and unfortunately he only has one volume and that's super loud. I can't get upset with him for the circumstances so I have to try and find a way of dealing with it to get my peace of mind. I need peace and quiet and that's why I am looking into sound cancelling headphones. If you want to wear them around the house to block out noise without listening to anything, these will not particularly work for that. Then again I also have very sensitive hearing. My eyes are terrible so I suppose my ears compensate for what they can't do. But in terms of purchasing it to use to listen to audio books, movies or games for yourself or your child these are perfect and you will not hear anything else other than what is in your ears.Also the fact that there are two ports -one in each ear that you can plug in to so you can listen to what the other person is listening to I feel is an excellent feature to help children and adults be engaged with another and share in a great listening experience whether it's a audiobook, music or movie. The sad part is I had to return these. Very reluctantly. I got into a bad accident over a year ago where I got hit in my Trigimenal nerve on my face. Pretty much I have a life sentence of nerve pain so anything on my left side of my face or my ear and jaw is incredibly uncomfortable. These were very soft but unfortunately still too hard for my medical situation because there's sensitivity issues going on. Also since my ear also got impacted it's a bit jammed. I believe because these headphones are circular shaped that was the other issue for me. I assessed the situation and decided not only did I need something that was close to feeling non-existent on my face but either had no particular shape or had more of an oval shape because my ears are more along those lines. So with a heavy heart I had to make the decision to send these back and settled for the headbands with the earphones in them which seems to be working for my particular situation right now but do not nearly do as good of a job of canceling noise is these headphones do. If you don't have any particular issues like myself that are medical-related please consider purchasing these for yourself or your child and the colors are just amazing and they will not be disappointed. The quality cannot be beat. If I had a normal situation I definitely would have kept these.
Review: UPDATE: LilGadgets stands behind their product! - UPDATED - 5/4/17 I am updating my review due to the unusual, and fantastic customer service I received from Jacquie at LilGadgets. She contacted me the same day after I left my original review. She apologized for the units failing, and stated that they have since improved the type of plastic used in the extendable arm area of the headphones. I can not confirm this, however, because she graciously sent me their higher end "Pro" version as the new replacement units... New! LilGadgets Connect+ Pro Premium Volume Limited Wired Headphones with SharePort for Children (Purple) . I left my original review on 4/26/17, and I already have in hand the new replacement units 1 week later. Amazing! The new ones are slightly more robust, and have a steel insert in the plastic extendable arm. I am confident that these will last significantly longer than the original units. As I said in my original review, we loved everything about these headphones except for the fact that the plastic failed in a vulnerable area. Jacquie did state that the plastic was now stronger in this area, so I would not hesitate to give the LilGadgets Connect+ Premium Volume Limited Wired Headphones with SharePort for Children - Blue another chance. Especially, since this company has proved to stand behind their products. Original Review - 4/26/17 - Love them! Until they break... We started out loving these, but soon realized that for the money they do not last long enough. I do not actively review products on desertcart, but always utilize them in my research before making a purchase decision. In this case I felt that it was necessary for others to be aware that these headphones break easily from normal use. The headphones work great when new. We purchased 3 pairs about 9 months ago,and all three broke ... two within 6 months, and the third just a few weeks ago. We Loved them while they worked. The share port is great when you have multiple little ones in the car. Unfortunately, all three pairs failed due to a bending, and finally breaking, of the extending arm attached to each earpiece. Each pair developed the bend / crease at the plastic extension arm from the normal use of putting the headphones on, and then taking them off, the head/ears. This motion is necessary, repetitive, and normal, so it should not cause the unit to fail. This happened to first three pairs we purchased. Initially our kids enjoyed the units so much, that when the first unit failed we purchased a fourth. Soon there after the other two broke, so we are not replacing them. The fourth unit is about 4 months old now, and we are trying to be extremely careful so that this pair lasts significantly longer than the last three. The company needs to change the plastic extending arms to a flexible metal so that it can absorb the motion of putting them on, and taking them off the head. Also, worth mentioning, the wires for two of the units also failed. Love the fact that they are not permanently attached to the unit itself, but unfortunately, we had to purchase replacement wires within a few months.

Where do I begin. First of all these are an amazing quality. I'm an adult with a small head. I believe these are tailored for children so it worked perfectly for what I needed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality, great colors, FANTASTIC customer service!

I cannot say enough great things about these headphones. For starters, their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I contacted them regarding some questions before purchase and needless to say they went above and beyond to help me get what was needed for my toddler. My son does breathing and vest treatments that are VERY loud. At two years old it is hard to keep him still for the 30+ minutes at a time he needs his treatments, multiple times a day. He enjoys his cartoons during that time on the iPad but because he couldn't hear, he was losing interest and treatments became a chore for all of us. Enter LilGadgets. He LOVES them! They fit him so well (he's small for two, but they adjust small enough to fit him and they stay on during his vest, which shakes pretty hard), but they adjust well enough to fit my husband and myself when we test the volume. As loud as his machines are (loud enough that we cannot turn the TV up enough to hear when they're on) he can hear just fine with these headphones, and the iPad isn't even maxed out on volume.The quality of the product is great. They stood up to toddler roughness well, up until a really unfortunate freak accident involving an activity cube. They still worked but near one of the ear pieces broke. We taped them using electrical tape with no issues, but because they didn't get as tight and his head is so little, they began to bother him. We didn't hesitate to buy another set. The quality is great, the colors are fun and the customer service is out of this world. These are our new "go to" gift for kiddos! (I had intended to post this review months ago, but somehow managed to...not. I don't know how, but thanks to Amazon it was saved. I want to update that I contacted customer service for some recent questions and-unsurprisingly- they blew me away again. I work in customer service and know that it isn't always easy to provide the insanely amazing level of service they do. Every. Single. Time. I'm weirdly obsessed with how great the service is, so much so that when I saw that I hadn't posted this review I stopped my Sunday to post it, as it is long over due.
