Fit’s perfectly with no slippage like a lot of other caps. It’s a warm fit for cold days but I find it perfectly fine for warm days. Doesn’t feel like I’m overheated. Great product worth the reasonable cost. And it’s made of high quality material. No wear or tear. Review: TYR Warmwear Silicone Cap - Fairly comfortable. I do have a large head (not a big head as in coming out of MIT/PENN/HARVARD or whatever "distinguished" liberal school) and it DOES fit me reasonably well. Initially, it may seem tight, but as you wear it, it probably loosens up. Given today's American life that comes with so much B/S i have lost most of my hair and this cap does keep my head warm as i do indoor laps in an Olympic sized pool full of bleach. As far as durability - i mean, i just got it guys - slow down with reviewing! - too hard to say, but i do enjoy the product. For me it was worth spending the so called money. ## Features - Enhanced Protection for Cold Water Swimming: Designed to help retain body heat in colder conditions, making it ideal for open water swimming, triathlon training, and low-temperature pools - Protected Coating for Added Durability: Features a specialized outer coating that helps improve water resistance and durability while maintaining flexibility and comfort during cold water swims - Secure and Streamlined Fit: Engineered to stay in place without excessive tightness, helping reduce drag while maintaining consistent performance in open water - Engineered for High-Performance Athletes: Built for competitive swimmers, triathlon training, and open water swimming in cold water environments, ideal for endurance sessions in oceans, lakes, and cold pools - Extreme Comfort with Easy On Design: The swim cap's flexible construction allows for easy on and off without pulling hair, providing a more comfortable fit during extended cold water and open water swim sessions ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000EBOIUI | | Best Sellers Rank | #26,011 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #88 in Swimming Caps | | Brand Name | TYR | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 364 Reviews | | Fabric type | 80% Polyester, 20% Spandex with PU Coating | | Fit Type | regular | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00036702022231 | | Included Components | Swim cap | | Item Highlight | PU-Coated Polyester Spandex | Body Heat Thermal Retention | Precision Drag Reduction Fit | Ultra-Durable Tear Resistance | | Item Type Name | Swim Cap | | Item Weight | 1.6 ounces | | Manufacturer | TYR | | Manufacturer Part Number | TRL_LCSLYC_BLK | | Material Type | Silicone | | Model Number | LCSLYC-001 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Origin | Imported | | Size | One Size | | Target Audience | Unisex-Adults | | UPC | 036702022231 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![TYR Hi-Vis Warmwear Adult Swim Cap - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71kEXEtWDwL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally found a cap that works as advertised! *by G***B on June 7, 2026* Although not a competitive off shore, or even pool swimmer, I wear this on 2000-3000+ yard swims at least 3 times per week. This cap really makes a difference keeping me from being cold my entire swim. Maybe the thermal caps with the chin straps are necessary for swimming in open water, but for swimming laps in a pool, this stays put on my head, just like a regular swim cap. ## Frequently Bought Together - TYR Warmwear Silicone Cap, Black - TYR Adult Wrinkle Free Silicone Swim Cap for Drag Reduction and Hair Protection - TYR Blackops 140 EV Racing Mirrored Swim Goggles Adult Fit --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/2721791-tyr-hi-vis-warmwear-adult-swim-cap](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/2721791-tyr-hi-vis-warmwear-adult-swim-cap) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
