Good way to get some fiber. I add three heaping soupspoons of dried kale flakes first, dump the flavor packet’s contents on top of that, add saltless Madras curry powder and stir it up before filling the cup nearly to the brim with boiling water. I stir that thoroughly, which reduces the level, add more to fill it again (to help reconstitute the kale flakes), stir again, cover and let it sit for 6-8 minutes before eating it. It makes for a tasty meal. I just wish they made a lower salt version of their black bean soup too! In fact, with the fake salt available, they could leave salt out entirely as far as I’m concerned. Of course, being retired, I eat it at home.
