Needed a new waist trainer since my last one got too big. I ordered an XL. The fit is perfect, my torso isn’t that long. The boning does provide decent back support, but will have to continue wearing to see if it improves. Only on first hook so far, so the shape is there but will probably see more of that hourglass shape on 1st or 2nd hook. Zipper is not the best quality, hence the reason for 4 stars. Other than that, pretty breathable, comfortable and gets the job done. While working out it is a bit loud due to the material. It sounds like trash bags rubbing together.
