Review: Fantastic! Levels my crooked hips and absorbs shock! - These work great. They are high quality and last a long time. The have 3 different layers so that I can lift my heel 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8". One of my legs is shorter than the other and most people have one leg that is longer/shorter than the other. My left leg is 8mm shorter than my right leg and that causes my hips to not be straight, and in turn, that causes me to have lower back pain. By placing one of these in my left shoe, it raises my leg and levels my hips so that I have much less back pain. This is the same brand sold at the Chiropractor's office and I bought my first pair there because they were recommended to help me. These are much cheaper on desertcart, so I bought 3 more pair here on desertcart and now I have them in all the shoes I wear on a regular basis. They really help and they last a long time. Some people put them in both shoes to give cushion for their heels and they work great for that too because they absorb a lot of shock in the heel when you walk. Live life more comfortably and with less pain, and it starts in the feet! I highly recommend these!

These work great. They are high quality and last a long time. The have 3 different layers so that I can lift my heel 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8".
