The axe head seems to be a very good quality make. Very sharp!. The handle is a bit thick for my hand grip, and not sure if it is a hardwood handle or not. Looks very cool. I will use it for sometime before making a final comment. I may end up taking off some of the leather handle grip and sanding it down some for a better grip ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed *by A***R on September 1, 2023* Didn’t know what to expect from this, but it had a good Damascus pattern. Handle is untreated, and leather wrapping is on the cheap end. But it’s sturdy and had a thick head for chopping. Little brother said he’s taking it camping next time he goes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great axe! But… *by C***R on December 25, 2023* I love the ax! We got it and it looks sturdy and will look good on a belt. My only complaint is that the handle is wayyy lighter colored than in the pictures, and the leather sheath came brown instead of black like in the pictures.
