If you need more out of them, I would lap them and really take your time mounting. Mine were initially a little off when I mounted the scope without lapping the rings but all I did was swap the location of each ring and my scope was dead on. But the high ridges along the split cuts and on at least one interior radial edge of each piece were visibly evident & tactilely undeniable. No problem for me since I always lap rings anyway, but purchasers new to mounting scopes should be aware of this quality issue. Once lapped, they're great, and hard to beat at this price unless you're putting a massive stargazer scope on top of a real harden-kicken-louden-boomer.
