You can tell immediately that the chlorine smell is gone. The last one I used lasted a full year before the water flow got lower and it was time to change the filter. It is very easy to change and really worth the money.

Been using these Paragon filters for over 1 year now. Appears to help...water pressure is diminished noticeably but reduces chlorine also. Assume these filters are working...An affordable, inexpensive way to reduce any chlorine. My city chlorinates its water, nasty tasting water, should do the whole house!

I liked the replacement filter. I’ve used this brand for over 20 years. We used to get them from Home Depot and they don’t stock them in the store or on line. They go in the shower head.
