Review: Gets the job done. - 12-28 Update: Customer service reached out to me and replaced my stapler; I've been using it all day and have not had any issues with jamming as I did with the first stapler. They were super helpful and quick at responding to me. It must have been issues with the first one that made it sound different, this one doesn't sound as loud as the first one. A very OK stapler. When it works it's great but jams a bit more than I'd like. I will staple once and it catches the paper and I will have to double staple it or release the staple holder and wiggle my paper out. Like I mentioned when it works it's a great stapler. I find the double stapling a bit much in my quiet office. Will definitely be looking for another option.

I used this when I was working the front desk at a busy medical office and it was working great for a few months but after a while it started jamming quite a lot but that could be from high usage. It holds a lot of staples and it looks cute!
