**Q: How many people can you cook for on this grill? i.e. how many chicken breasts or burgers could you fit on the grill at one time?**
A: Bear in mind this will depend on how you setup your charcoal for direct/indirect cooking. Probably, you'll set the pile of coals on one side of the grill, and leave the other half for indirect (if you're using the Weber Chimney to start your coals, a full chimney really only covers about half anyway). You'll likely want to char the burgers over direct heat first, then move to indirect if needed. This gives about half of the usable area on the grill. So I would say you could comfortably fit 6-8 decent sized burgers, or 4-5 chicken breasts on one side of the grill at any time. That being said, it would be easy to cook for, say, 6-7 people by cooking over direct heat first, moving to indirect to finish, and starting the next batch of burgers/chicken over direct (cycle it).

I finally got one after trying my hand on charcoal BBQ with a Smokey Joe that I got for free. Charcoal BBQ is worth the little bit of extra work. It takes a little longer to get the charcoals hot enough even with a chimney, and cleanup takes a minute to empty ash from the bowl into the ash catcher underneath. It's definitely easier than the classic model and it's worth the extra cost. The material, especially the bowl, seems high quality and a nice finish. The assembly manual was confusing for the leg assembly, but the BILT app helped. I didn't have to look up a Youtube video. What I was most impressed with is their customer service. My first time using it, the lid slid off the bottom bowl as I was closing it. It fell and hit a corner of my concrete stair. It left a very noticeable chip and I was kicking myself for not being more careful. After searching for ways to prevent rust from the spot, I read that someone had their parts replaced for free during the warranty period. I thought I would give it a try by sending them an email. They got back to me for a photo and shipping address and promptly shipped a replacement lid to my house free of charge. They won me for life.
