I tried the wheat based and saw not difference so I thought I'd try the rice based instead. This only contains 40mg Phytoceramides per recommended dose (1 pill a day). I took it for 60 days and again saw no difference. Maybe if I had taken 9 pills a day it would have helped, but that would be totally cost prohibitive. Might work for you - who knows?
