### ⭐ Made me moody and sleep poorly

I’m diabetic and just over 50 and was getting quite tired from it so bought these to see if they would help. I started getting quite noticeably moody after a week of taking these and waking up very early like 2-5 am. I’m no nutritionist but there are a number of things in it that might cause that I believe, like chromium and maybe vitamin b12 too. I noticed the nrvs seem quite high - these are percentage of daily requirement, so 1600 is 16 x daily dose. I think I will get some professional advice on this.
