Review: First impression - Cute. Will only wear for Halloween. I’m 4’11” and it cuts right at the knees. I got size 10 and it was too big BUT the adjustable elastics came in clutch so I was able to make it fit. My waist size is a 24 so if you want flexibility with wear get an 8-10.
