I have attempted to contact Juki but had to leave a message with tech support. So at this point I have no idea what may come about. Funny how easy to buy, but getting support is always the issue. Update on July 8, 2023 - I still have not heard back from Juki tech support. I have left message to return call, but so far nothing. July 10, 2023 - Made contact with Juki tech support and the man was extremely good and very nice and walked me through correcting the issue. I very happy.
