A: Yes it is , but you might want  to upgrade to a better brand. Mine only lasted for about two to three weeks. I only was using a 250 watts amp and it quit working.

**Q: do they work for as home woofers with 1000 watts home receiver.**
A: I would not recommend doing that as home speakers have different range of ohms

Ich habe diesen Woofer vor einem Monat eingebaut, an einer 800 Watt peak endstufe. Der Woofer spielte in einigen Frequenzen gut, in anderen aber mit Nebengeräuschen. Er fiel nach einem Monat durch die bereits erwähnten lockeren Kontakte an der Membran aus. Selbst das Festziehen der Schraube der Halterung half nichts, kleben auch nicht. Ich kann Ihnen nur vom Kauf abraten, da dieser Lautsprecher immense Schwächen aufweist, und bei mir zudem beschädigt (optisch) ankam.
