The only complaint I have is about the retaining straps that come with it - they're useless, will not hold tight, strap keeps slipping loose through the buckle. You need to buy a bunch of bungee cords to tie it down properly.FYI, I'm new at this A/C cover strategy - I used to take this monster 18k unit out every year, but that's gotten to be a hassle. This cover knocks down most of the cold air infiltration.
