Está muy bien diseñado. Viene con un perfecto ajuste y acabado. Está lubricado lo justo (con un aceite ligero). Es de acero inoxidable pulido. Para quien no esté habituado, incluye instrucciones para comprender el sistema nonius. Las escalas son muy legibles. Una de ellas está en pulgadas, si bien está claramente orientado al sistema métrico. Los profesionales comentan que los números resisten bien la agresión de los diversos productos químicos habituales en metalurgia. Es un placer trabajar con este calibre. Vale un dinero bien gastado. La diferencia con los baratos es más que notable. Sólo se podría mejorar entregándolo en una caja de madera, en lugar de la funda de plástico en la que viene.
