My only solution was to move the rpm at which the rasp occurs with a 1/4 wavelength resonator. The rasp is not very noticeable at the higher rpms with my engine. **Q: Do both come or you have to buy them separate?** A: They are sold individually **Q: Can this be used as a muffler?** A: Absolutely. I replaced my mufflers on my Challenger Scat Pack with these. Sounds incredible.
