Works well, coffee so good, and really better than previous version (which I also own). Difference is huge. The large volume delivered (depending of capsule size) is a must. Temperature of coffee is just fine, didn't notice any problem with this as mentioned in other comments. Got it at a bargain price here, and arrived faster than initially panned. Indeed capsules are a bit more expensive, but worth every AED.
