**Q: Is there a version without the gellan gum ?**
A: I dont think so.

**Q: Has anyone used in/on anything besides coffee? IE- as a cream substitute in oatmeal or cream of wheat?**
A: Please check out our website for some recipe ideas at https://sown.com/recipe-list/.  For the oatmeal or cream of wheat, we think our Unsweetened would work best.  If you are using one of our sweetened products (Sweet & Creamy or Vanilla), start with small amounts.

**Q: Do they sell the salted caramel flavor?**
A: I wanted salted caramel, but it was not available.

**Q: Why do you use canola oil?**
A: Organic canola oil is healthy. Has the good fats. Google the benefits of it.
