Review: Worked for me - Coupled with stretches, these insoles helped to greatly reduce my heel pain from plantar fasciitis. I’ve been using them for 10 days and my pain in the morning has gradually gone from 9/10 to 3/10, and I expect it to continue to reduce. They have an elevated heel and semi-rigid arch support. They have some cushion in the heel, but not at the expense of support. The level of comfort as compared to the insoles that came with my work shoes was like night and day. I travel for work doing physical labor and most of my time is spent either in an airport or on a job site. So far, these have immensely helped me get through my days.

These seem to be very well made. They didn't help me much but it's not the product. I just purchased the wrong thing. I've determined that I need something with even more arch support.
